Emerald Beach Resort and Spa
Our family has purchased a one bedroom condo in Panama City, FL. We are in Florida now trying to put it together! If any of you are interested in taking a vacation and need a place to stay we would love to rent to people we know and trust before opening it up to the world wide web! Our unit sleeps 4-6 people. It has one king, bunk beds, and a queen sofa sleeper. Some of my favorite about it include a lagoon pool featuring "dive-in" movies, two beachfront pools with a tiki hut, roof top pool (on top of the parking garage), lazy river, spa and fitness center, the largest sky bridge in Florida, and valet service. We are on the 18th floor beach front.

By the way the weather down here right now is terrible. It is nice to crack the door and hear the ocean but we wish the sun would shine a little more!

Wow! Florida again? we're going to Panama City in a couple weeks. Wish we didn't already have a place to stay. Your place sounds great. Hope the weather gets better for ya.
Sounds rough Mandi! Hey you and Josh need to convince Stephen to get that condo for us and take me to the beach. I will be 30 in December and still haven't been to one beach in Florida!
Oh my gosh we just Sunday night booked a place in Ft Walton for this May! Boo!! Maybe next year we can rent from you guys it sounds awesome!!

Sounds like a fun project and even better vacation spot. Are you familiar with www.vrbo.com? You can list your rental on that site whether or not you have it listed with an agency...put your specific requirements, etc. I reference this site a lot for our Florida vacations.
